Face the future with clarity and confidence in your numbers and your systems. THAT’s what you can control.

Now, more than ever, is the time to be forecasting your income and expenses, and making needed adjustments. In four weekly LIVE, ONLINE classes, I’ll walk you step by step through building Your New Reality Spending Plan. It’s a simple, user-friendly budget like you’ve never seen before — a very visual representation of your “money in” and your “money out.”

Most importantly for these challenging times, it can be built out months into the future and endlessly tweaked and adjusted as your income and expenses fluctuate.

Weather the current COVID craziness and gain money management skills for a stronger financial future.

“Learning about the three budget categories and the concept of budgeting by paycheck was really helpful." ~ "Loved your Powerpoint. It was very clear and well done." ~ “I appreciated seeing the actual spreadsheets and the graphs of what realistic spending looks like. You did a great job!” ~ “Shelly, you’re awesome - thank you for offering this!” ~ Comments from Spring 2020 course attendees

This course is for you if:

  • You’re facing a reduced or more variable income. (And this stresses you out.)

  • You’re ready to feel in control of something in your life. Money is a great place to start.

  • You’re stuck at home and/or have the flex time in your new schedule to devote a couple of hours a week — times four — to learning something you’ve always wanted to (or known you should).

  • You’re looking for a helpful, kind, gentle teacher who is living this new reality and presenting LIVE, not offering a video class recorded before coronavirus craziness.

  • You’re starting to realize minding your money matters now more than ever before.

Then welcome to Your New Reality…

To take the class, you’ll need access to a computer, the Internet, and a Google account. Classes meet via Zoom, with recordings available if you can’t attend live, and your spending plan will be built in the free application, Google Sheets. Once complete, your plan can be accessed from the homescreen of your mobile device and easily shared with your budgeting partner. (It’s like building your own app!)

“Shelly was calming and soothing when I came in frazzled. She’s authentically enthusiastic and supportive. And the budgeting tool is amazing! It’s really motivating to see ‘if I do this, this will happen’ in my budget. I’m making big, wonderful changes in my life, and I feel REALLY empowered.” ~ Spending Plan User

Your instructor, Shelly Rees Randall

I guide people through financial challenges for a living, so I’m well-versed in dealing with uncertainty.

I came to this profession after working as a financial planner, an educator, and a journalist. And I love to teach — I receive energy from presenting new concepts to a room (er, a Zoom?) full of people.

“Shelly presented material in a clear and applicable way that made it easy to implement.” ~ Financial Class Attendee
